Moby Lines, the Italian company leader in the Ro-Ro ferry transportation chose InfoSHIP, the software for shipping technical management produced by IB and distributed by RINA SPA

for the management and maintenance of the technical processes and certificates for their fleet, consisting of 14 units.
Moby Lines has agreed an implementation plan starting form October that includes a first phase in which the module MS Certificates will be activated, allowing the company to monitor the certificates of board and their deadlines and manage the related Surveys. In 2015, we will proceed with the implementation of the core of the suite InfoSHIP, the module MP – Maintenance and Purchasing, which allows the hierarchy structure of the ship and the data entry, to build the database of onboard systems, to manage the entire activity maintenance, purchasing and warehouse materials. Subsequently, the project will end with the management of Event Reporting, for the collection of information relating to events such as Incident, Accident, Near Misses and subsequent Follow Up.
